Welcome to Flavour Bookings, my blog about what I eat and read. My name is Arabella and I hope I can inspire you to cook some healthy, delicious dishes, to try some new foods or to choose your next book to read. Eat, read and repeat!

When it comes to food, I love to go out for dinner and try new things, but I also love to experiment in my own kitchen. I am quite a lazy cook though. I don't like to use a whole list of ingredients in my dishes and I also don't like to wait to long to eat my food. Apart from when I am baking, I do not weigh out my ingredients so don't expect full recipes on this blog. I just like to inspire people to cook some simple, delicious dishes. I do not follow a specific diet, but I try to avoid processed foods as much as possible. I try to limit my intake of red meats, dairy and unrefined carbs. I eat my cheat meals when I go out for dinner.
